Strictly Personnel is able to deliver the full range of generalist HR services, in particular those designed to ensure that, as a minimum, companies operate as law-abiding employers.

The Company was established by Lisa King who has over 30 years' HR experience. Upon graduating, Lisa embarked on a Graduate Human Resources Programme with an insurance company. After five years with this company, she then joined the HR department of British Standards Institution before finally moving into the Investment Banking industry. Here, Lisa held the position of Global HR Director responsible for a team delivering a full generalist HR service to over 3000 clients worldwide. Latterly, she held the role of Global Projects Director with responsibility for managing and co-ordinating the delivery of over 30 HR projects globally across the bank.
